I put the chicken into a marinade of Coco Brown's Jerk Rub with olive oil, lemon juice, fresh mint+thyme and oregano and finely sliced shallot. It was the most delicious chicken I have ever cooked. Will be buying more..
We love getting this at the farmers market! We've also tried the scotch bonnet sauce and spicy pineapple sauce and are a massive fan of both!

Amazing flavour and works in EVERYTHING
I found Coco at Higham Ferrers framers market. After trying, and loving, the pineapple sauce I bought the jerk rub. Its so great on chicken. I rub it on with a little oil and put it in the airfryer and it livens up our meal!
