This sauce is superb, it has a wonderful authentic flavour with a a good kick. I love mixing it with a bit of mayo to tone down the heat a bit.

We really enjoyed this hot sauce and put it on so many meals! It's super flavourful and the spices work really well together. The vinegar balances everything nicely and it has the perfect kick of heat!

An amazing sweet and spicy sauce - lovely heat level but not ferocious so you can enjoy it with everything. Tried this a few weeks ago and have had to buy two more already as it went very quickly! Would definitely recommend

Having tried every hot sauce I have come across both at the retailers but also small batch private labels - I can categorically say this is the best scotch bonnet sauce I have ever tasted. We are now on our fourth bottle! Sweet, tangy, flavourful and packs a punch too! Amazing product.

I put the chicken into a marinade of Coco Brown's Jerk Rub with olive oil, lemon juice, fresh mint+thyme and oregano and finely sliced shallot. It was the most delicious chicken I have ever cooked. Will be buying more..

I’ve now bought all of the Coco Browns options and they all add something different and taste great. Personal favourite is the jerk rub, which works in plenty of different dishes - I’ve used it with scrambled eggs and Quorn-based chilli in the last week. The scotch bonnet sauce is great for a bit of serious heat (as long as I’m not sharing with my wife, in which case the pineapple version works a lot better). I’m looking forward to trying out the Fi Wi Curry.
